It was ok. He had a posted note with the services and prices, for items suggested to get fixed. I asked if I could have the posted note and he said all that would be on my paperwork. When I looked at home no information was there. I called for that info and he was like a dumb high schooler on the phone. He had no info other than what was on the video. Not professional at all. I said I would be going some place else. He said what esle could he do. Well give me some answers. I hung up.
