I joined the automotive business 30 years ago, and became a part of the team at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet in 2013. Customers love my attention to detail, and my compassionate approach. I grew up in Northeast Minneapolis. I studied at the University of Minnesota. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Diane, and our 3 children, Joey, Libby, and Tommy. I also like to travel when I have the opportunity. I’ve seen some very interesting places, from Mexico, Canada, and Europe. I’ve been a member of the Little League Board for 13 years. The service timing was a little odd. I made an appointment for 10am. But my car could not be seen till 1pm. I didn’t get my truck till 3pm. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Did a good job in getting the right part for my OnStar repair

Did not address my concerns or issues brought up. Questioned the techs on their diagnosis approach. Also said that I would be going on a trip to Florida and wanted reassurance that I wouldn't have any issues. Brought up service bulletins and issues that are being seen across the 3.0 duramax engines 2025. Still the techs didn't seem to want to do any work without a error code from a computer; even though the behavior and symptoms were matching the issues. Low and behold i was on my way back from Florida and the check engine light comes on. P0172 and P062D codes came up with the onstar diagnosis remotely and on my phone app. Super frustrating and I have the "I told you so and you didn't listen to the customer moment" I'll be bringing my truck back to where I purchased it and will find out what their diagnosis will be to my issues.
