I grew up in Northeast Minneapolis. I studied at the University of Minnesota. I enjoy spending time with my wife, Diane, and our 3 children, Joey, Libby, and Tommy. Fantastic! Joseph kept me informed on the service our new GMC Acadia was having completed. He help to secure a rental vehicle for me to use. All of the being done on a service call that I did not have an appointment for. Going forward when I need service, it will only be done at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. The service writer I will be asking for will be Joseph Gadbois.

I brought my car in for a 9:45 appointment for an oil change and an issue with my front view camera. I was told it would take about 2 hours. Camera was, or should have been a 30 min fix oil change and tire rotation 45 mins. Should have been out of there by 11:45 at the latest. They didn’t start working on the car until about 11:45. Did not get a ride home until about 3pm because they could not fix the camera problem. I sat and waited for long periods of time not knowing what was going on. It was about 12:30 before I heard there was a problem with the camera. Joseph, nice enough guy, could have done a better job estimating the original timeframe for the camera and oil change tire rotation and a better job communicating the problem. Not Joseph’s fault but when I have an appointment I expect the work to start at or near that time, not 90 mins later.
