Customers enjoy working with me because of my focus and commitment to providing the best guest experience. I have received many awards and certifications throughout my career, from GM Top Performer to six years of Mark of Excellence Awards and the Service Excellence Award from the Federal Executive Board and the White House Liaison Office. The best aspect of my job is meeting new people and watching our relationships continue each year, whether it be my Luther guests or fellow employees. Outside of work, I love to spend time with family and friends. I have one son who loves video games, movies, sports, and friends. Some of my hobbies include golfing and being an avid outdoorsman; I enjoy everything from hiking to fishing and hunting.
